Where we work
Whether the job is a home, a storefront, an office, or a guest-facing room, the goal is the same: built correctly from the structure out, finished so it holds up in use.
01
Remodels, additions, baths, and outdoor structures for houses that people actually live in.
02
Storefronts and sales floors that need to open on time and look finished the day the doors turn.
03
Offices, suites, and multi-trade tenant work managed under one general building contract.
04
Guest rooms, lobbies, and service areas where the finish has to hold up to daily traffic.
Scope
A Class B license covers projects that include framing, or two or more unrelated building trades. Estimates are written to that scope. Specialty trades are brought in when the job needs them — and the general remains responsible for the result.
Homes, suites, and retail floors that need layout, framing, drywall, and finishes in one coordinated job.
Build-outs for retail and commercial spaces, scheduled around the opening date instead of against it.
Room additions and expansions planned and built as a complete structure.
Showers, restrooms, and wet rooms — waterproofing, tile, and the finishes around them.
Patio covers and attached outdoor rooms, framed and finished as part of the building.
Drywall, paint, flooring, and stucco tied into a larger remodel or build-out.

Process
On site, or from plans and photos when the property is farther out.
What is included, what is not, and a number you can decide on. License on the paperwork.
California contract terms where the job requires them. No handshake-only starts.
The same person who quoted the job is responsible for how it gets finished.
The company
ALL CORE CONSTRUCTION LLC is a California limited liability company. Corey Crash Streavel is the qualifying individual on CSLB license 1161830, classification B — General Building. Issued September 25, 2026.
He brings twenty years of construction jobsite experience to the work, with OSHA 10-Hour Construction Outreach Training completed in September 2024 and OSHA 30-Hour Construction Outreach Training completed in July 2026. Those credentials support safer, better-run residential, retail, commercial, and hospitality jobs.
The company is owner-operated. Selected subcontractors are brought in when a job needs a specialty trade. Clients still have one point of contact, and the general remains responsible for the work under the contract.
There is no showroom. The address on the license is the address of record. Meetings happen on the job, or by phone.
Verify the license any time at cslb.ca.gov/1161830.
Where the license works
Bids start in the Inland Empire and the nearby coastal counties. Travel for the right residential, retail, commercial, or hospitality job is fine. The license is California only.
